As a part of educational visits 3rd year BAMS students of Sri Jayendra Sraswathi Ayurveda College and Hospital visited Water Treatment Plant, Chembarambakkam on 14th march 2017 staff accompanied by Dr Guruprasad K. Staff of WTP narrated and explained all feature of water treatment plant starting from receiving of raw water from Chembarambakkam lake, adding of alum, pre chlorination, Rapid sand filtration, post chlorination, storage, Lab testing and pumping to various parts of Chennai, visit was educative and informative for our students.
