A workshop on skin diseases was conducted on 31/03/2017, in SJSACH. Dr C. M. Sreekrishnan, Director, Dhavantari Institute of Dermatology, Thrissur, shared his clinical experiences with the participants. He spoke on various aspects of skin diseases, how they are interpreted in the classics of Ayurveda and modern texts of medicine. He spoke on the various causes, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of skin diseases purely by Ayurvedic practice. This was followed by an interactive session wherein the students and teachers present in the workshop engaged in an active discussion with Dr. Sreekrishnan. The programme came to an end with the national anthem. This was coordinated by Dr.Suvendu Rout and Dr.P.K.Moharana.
